# Prerequisites

  • A LOD recipe asset prepared with mesh(es) and LOD(s) settings. Create a LOD recipe using this quickstart.

# Build using commandlet

Use the below argument to build all LOD recipe assets belonging to <ProjectName>

  • UE4Editor-cmd.exe <ProjectName> -AllowCommandletRendering -run=LODRecipeCommandlet -rebuild -nosourcecontrol

Important

-AllowCommandletRendering is necessary for a successive build if material baking is enabled for any of the LOD recipes
