Simplygon SDK dependencies

When Simplygon is installed using the full installer, most required dependencies for running Simplygon gets installed along with it. If a machine is using the Simplygon DLL without having run the full installer (e.g. when using a version of the Simplygon DLL that is checked into source control), it will need the required dependencies to be installed separately.

A complete list of dependencies:

• Visual C++ 2019 redistributable (opens new window)
• Vulkan SDK (opens new window) (Version 1.2+, required for the compute casting feature)
